In 2020, a spiritual awakening ignited my curiosity about everything related to my life's purpose. I toiled in a physically and mentally demanding job, which left me grappling with high-functioning anxiety and countless sleepless nights due to an overactive mind. But then, I encountered breathwork.

I can almost hear you wondering, "What is breathwork?" Simply put, it's a tool that helped soothe my anxious heart, mind, and body. More directly, at this moment, you're probably breathing in and out through your mouth. This mouth-breathing places you in the sympathetic nervous system (the "fight or flight" mode). Our goal? Spend a little less time feeling activated by cultivating resilience. 

Achieving this requires practicing mindfulness and meditation, which is easier said than done when you're going it alone. This is why I developed this course. I wished I could find others who shared my interests and were navigating similar situations. For me, community was the missing link. When we journey together, there's accountability and support.

This 21-day program is packed with knowledge, videos, resources, and a closed group for interaction. Don't fret—the assignments are designed to guide you through the thoughts, emotions, and feelings that keep you feeling stagnant. These assignments will pave the way for the relationships you genuinely desire, but it all commences with your relationship with yourself.
